Q: If I order more than one style or size so I can compare them, am I able to return the dresses I don't wish to keep and receive a refund?

A: Absolutely. Many of our customers like to order more than one dress so they can try them all on at the same time and choose their favourite. We charge only one fixed delivery charge (regardless of how many items you order) and our returns policy is 7 working days for UK/Northern Ireland and 14 days for international orders. We will refund you fully for any items returned (unworn and with tag attached) minus the postage cost.

Q: I love several of your outfits and would be interested in trying them on in a shop. Do you have any stockists I can visit?

A: Yes. We have recently begun to supply reputable maternity and bridal boutiques with the Tiffany Rose label. Please click here for our current list of stockists.

Q: I have fallen in love with a dress but I don't need to wear it for several months. I'm not sure what size I'll be and when I should buy it.

A: This is a common question from customers who would like to plan in advance their special outfit! Firstly it will help you to know that all our stretch fabric designs will grow with you and so you just need to order your pre-pregnancy size and your Tiffany Rose design will see you from early pregnancy right through to term. For our non stretch fabric designs (mainly silk and chiffons), there is no give in the fabric, although the designs are expertly tailored for pregnancy. We would normally recommend you order your pre-pregnancy size of the non-stretch design no more than 12 weeks before you plan to wear it. We also have a sizing chart which is useful for bust measurements. If you would like to wait before placing your order, it is always worth dropping us an email or giving us a call to check current availability.

Q: I am desperate to receive a dress within the next couple of days. I am not based in the UK, what are my chances of getting it on time?

A: Because we aim to hold all dresses in stock, we can dispatch your dress either the same or following day upon receipt of your order. We offer a next day service to all UK destinations and offer a standard and express service internationally. International express orders are sent by DHL courier and normally take 1-2 days for Europe and 2-3 days for the rest of the world.
